So I picked the back, neck, and the part of the wing with two little bones and very little meat.
That was back in the day when people actually cut up a whole chicken instead of buying just parts. lol
When the whole family was at home, I always bought whole chickens, but since my DH likes only white meat, I started buying just breasts long ago. Then it seemed they got too tough, so I bought breast tenderloins for ages. Lately, I've bought several whole chickens again from Aldi. I had to look at YouTube videos to remember how to cup them up.
