Cinnamon and Sugar Tortilla Chips
A crunchy, tasty snack!
Flour tortillas, cut into wedges
Brown paper sack or ziplock bag (optional)
Mix a little cinnamon with some sugar. Put in a sack/bag or a shaker of some sort.
Fry wedges in hot oil until lightly browned and crisp.
Remove from oil, drain on a paper towel and immediately sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture or shake together in a paper sack to coat.
Do this while they are hot so the sugar mixture will stick.
You can't mess this up unless you let the wedges burn. If so, toss that batch out and start again!
