I probably overthink things sometimes, but I've been

disappointed in the past with some things that didn't work out like they were supposed to, leaving me high and dry, so to speak. Thing is, situations sometimes change for unexpected reasons. The manager might very well be happy to comply with your requests, but if he got sick or the place had to close, you wouldn't have your favorite entree any longer. Glad you know what's in it in case you ever want/need to make it. :thup

I made lots and lots of these for a wedding rehearsal dinner several years ago to serve with fruit
They are a tedious pain to fry, but the grandchildren like them that way. *NM*
