Re:The Brussel Sprouts aren't what is Spiralized in that recipe. It's Zucchini.

The recipe is from a Registered Dietician and is a colorful, healthy recipe that sounds interesting to me to TrY and incorporate the Brussel Sprouts into our diet in a new, fun way.

I've used my Spiralizer for Zucchini Noodles in a Salad and Potatos for hash browns so far and really Like it.
It has 3 different blades, #1, Thin Spiral Blade, #2, Thick Spiral Blade and #3 Ribbons Blade

#1 is for Thin Pasta Strands, Hash browns, Garnishes and more.
#2 is for Thick Pasta Strands, Pasta Salads, Coleslaw and more.
#3 is for Potato chips, Onion rings, Apple slices and more.

Don't be sorry. I'm not asking for help, just trying to start some conversation here to keep this board alive.

I myself do not have an Instant Pot, again just trying to start some conversation here.
