Thank you. If this was at a place like that, I would, but this was a small town caterer,

and it didn't seem right to ask at a funeral luncheon. I will probably try one of the ones I found online and tweak it until I think it is right. Actually, I told my husband I loved it, but if I made it, I would put slightly less bread in it than she had. I imagine she adds more bread cubes (and it was mixed in with the meat) to make it stretch farther. I like the fact that Rachael puts the cornbread on top so you get more meat.

I have done pulled pork, but haven't heard of
In our house, we just eat the slaw on the side. Not sure about other Southerners. *NM*
