Kitchen Roundtable

This is kind of the idea *LINK*

except I wouldn't use the sambal, and the meats would be chicken, fish and shrimp. Stuff a jalapeno, bread it and fry it. Not quite that simple, but it's the idea.

I think the toughest part will be just the right seasonings. Miss Alma's peppers probably had their fried chicken seasoning in it. The Spice House sells an Ozark Fried Chicken seasoning (probably not Miss Alma's, though) that contains powdered bay leaves, ginger, sage, dill and mace, among other things. That's pretty unique for a fried chicken seasoning, not something you see every day.

So, yeah...
