I pan sauteed them in a little oil. DH has never mentioned the raw taste, but I just instinctively knew he wouldn't like them just rolled up "as is". I didn't used to care for flour tortillas for that very reason, but I had forgotten about it, since it doesn't bother me any more.

Jill, I never carred for wraps either, because of the texture. I think Karl has a good term for it
