or Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole clone

These are also good - I've made both of them many times

Ranch Potatoes - More seasoned than Au Gratin Potatoes, and flavor is more like potato salad

Roadside Potatoes - I wouldn't consider these "drier" than Au Gratin Potatoes, but they don't use a white sauce and they are very easy to prepare
