I don't want. I have made funeral potatoes many times, and although people love them, I am looking for something different and specific. I had a fabulous augratin potato dish in a restaurant, and it was mostly crispy sliced potatoes and onions and cheese. I figured I could copy it if I can figure out the herbs that went into it, but thought someone here might have a T and T one.
I do have a delicious one that I have posted that is in the archives - Grape Pickers' Skillet - but was looking for something a little different than that.
