That just looks pretty good, Val, and it would save

a lot of calories by not using pita chips in the hummus. Win!

But nobody will catch me buying Sabra or Lantana any more. Aldi is way cheaper, and I'm really working on making my own to suit my taste anyway. Dried, cooked chickpeas are the way to go to make great hummus, and the cost is minimal.
