Thank you! I eat beans almost every day and am happy to have this unique hummus variation!

Thanks for the tips too; although, I will say that I have never, ever "skinned" my garbanzo beans (unless it happened inadvertently)! My VitaMix does an excellent job of obliterating the skins and creating a perfectly smooth-textured hummus. The only beans I HAVE skinned are the dried giant broad beans (faba/fava) which have thick, tough skins.
