As if I haven't blabbed enough lately, but I spent most of the afternoon making egg rolls.

OK, so a couple of weeks ago I was gifted a cabbage (among other things) when I didn't really need any more food. Folks, a head of cabbage goes a long way for two people even after slaw and fried cabbage. Anyway...

To make a Very long story Very short, I made the filling yesterday and this afternoon I rolled and partially fried egg rolls to put in the freezer. It's an awesome egg roll recipe and it made 20+, but I still have 1/4 of a cabbage left. I hate waste, so I'll be trying a freezer cabbage slaw recipe to save it.

I really don't know why I do this. We can afford to throw food away (wasteful). We could eat out every day if we wanted to. But that mindset doesn't work for me.
