That does sound good
In Response To: :recins French Onion Chicken :oed ()

I remember making French Onion soup with you for JNC dinner. We had a good time when we cooked together. I would try it this weekend except for the fact that I think one of our guests can't really have lots of onions.

I was surprised that the recipe calls for beef broth instead of chicken broth. My younger sister doesn't eat beef so this would be good for her to enjoy.

Can't wait to hear what you say about the finished product.
