I'm still diddling with it in my mind. I would like to have one

simply for the ease of setting the temperature exactly. The way I've been doing it is sort of a guess, but I have really loved the outcome of the food. So far, a pork loin chop and a chicken breast have been great. I'll be trying a beef filet soon. I guess if it becomes a regular thing, I'll just have to get one. Like I really need one more small kitchen appliance...
