Based on the fact that I avoid certain meats because they tend to be tough and dry, I decided it would really be well worth the money (for me). Until I started thinking hard about it, I didn't realize how often I put off getting a loin chop out of the freezer for dinner. Or cooking a chicken breast. Or worrying about getting a steak just right. So, with much ado and research, reading ALL comments about several brands, I ordered an Anova Nano for $99. Very well-recommended item, 2-year warranty. Merry Christmas to me.
