making yogurt, caramelizing Eagle brand milk without risking blowing up the can (which has never happened to me, lol), etc.

Lots of YouTube videos on sous vide cooking.

I can't express how excited I am to get the thing, mainly for the meat tenderness factor, though. I believe this will revolutionize at least part of my cooking. No more guessing, no overcooking, YAY!!!!!!!!
