is to go through and use up the stuff in the house and garage freezers (or toss what's way old or unidentifiable). I have good intentions--I buy foods on sale, and I make ahead and freeze, or I save leftovers. But many times, I will go look for something that I KNOW is in there and can't find it, even though I mostly have similar items grouped together. Frustrating!
Thanks be to the Foodsaver, though. At least most foods are still edible even after a year or two. I'm thankful we are blessed to have food, but I need to do at least four things-- use what we already have, put the brakes on buying, don't just toss something in there randomly, and always label it. I get in a hurry sometimes, so good luck on that, but I have high hopes I will do better.
