I tried it for both arthritis and weight loss and it did not seem to make any difference for me. I did the original because I can't do hot stuff or peppers. The honey would be okay. I have issues with my stomach and I did not think the vinegar was doing anything good for that.
There is a vinegar diet that some people here do and swear by. It was a big fad about five to ten years ago. One of my school friends did it and she did lose weight but she is the one who had a heart attack on the Sunday they were going on vacation and passed away. She was a smoker.
I think the vinegar diet is probably healthier than some of the other diets people try.
