That sounds like a time saver.
I think I gave my cookie press away. I was trying to make Christmas cookies with some kind of shape and like the dough rolling I was having trouble with the cookie press.
I like to use my Pampered Chef little scoop that lets me scoop the dough like ice cream and then drop it on the cookie sheet. Very uniform. No cutouts or cookie press to slow it down.
