Do you think the cold ice rolling pins work better on rolling out dough?
I've pretty much always used the wooden rolling pin because I forget I have the Tupperware one (somewhere).
I know some people use marble but those are heavy and I go for light weight anything now if possible (vacumn cleaners, etc.).
I have a nice plastic rolling mat to use for size. I do use it when rolling out yeast bread. Yeast bread rolling goes very well.
