Made a banana crunch cake this morning

as we have a potluck meal on Wednesday and will be no time to bake tomorrow. Took out some chicken and planning on making rice and chow mein for tonight. Hoping there are some leftovers and will take to DH's step Mom tomorrow after my doctors appt. Friday we have another potluck to attend and still trying to decide what to make for it. I'd like it to be low sodium and good for kidney friendly diet. Guess this afternoon I will browse the cookbooks or pinterest. Next week Thursday I'm teaching a card making class and the following week I'm teaching how to make sock bunnies. Keeping busy as always. We saw 92 degrees here yesterday afternoon. Wondering if spring passed us by and jumping into summer weather already.
