I used GG's recipe for Beef Burgandy served over noodles. Had green beans using general directions from LuAnn's vegan cookbook. I put some dill in with the beans and didn't use the 2 pounds her recipe called for, but we had enough for everyone and even leftovers. Served almonds on the side. No one was alergic but one guy has problems when eating any nuts... they get stuck in his throat.???!!
It is really fun getting to entertain again and making something I haven't made in a long time.
