1 frozen deep dish pie shell (Pet-Ritz brand), baked
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup onions
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup milk
1 cup Feta cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons all purpose flour
Bake pie shell according to package directions. [11 minutes at 400 degrees for Pet Ritz]
Cook spinach according to package directions and drain, pressing out excess water.
Cook onions in the 1/4 cup butter.
Combine the spinach, onions, butter, milk, Feta, eggs, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese and flour.
Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
