For brushing on top after baking:
1 1/2 Tablespoon melted butter
garlic powder to taste
dried parsley flakes or dried chives
Mix together the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder and parsley flakes first.
Then add melted butter, eggs, and sour cream.
Stir in grated cheese.
Scoop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or a Silpat sheet.
Try to come up with 12 evenly portioned biscuits.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until they are golden brown on top.
While biscuits are still hot, brush with seasoned, melted butter.
Let biscuits cool a few minutes before eating.
They freeze and reheat well.
