Keto Cheddar Bay Biscuits

A great low carb rendition of Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Matter of fact, I think they're better!
1 1/2 cups superfine, blanched almond flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes or dried chives
2 Tablespoons melted butter
2 eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 to 2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese (Colby works well, too)

For brushing on top after baking:
1 1/2 Tablespoon melted butter
garlic powder to taste
dried parsley flakes or dried chives

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix together the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder and parsley flakes first.

Then add melted butter, eggs, and sour cream.

Mix well.

Stir in grated cheese.

Scoop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or a Silpat sheet.

Try to come up with 12 evenly portioned biscuits.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until they are golden brown on top.

While biscuits are still hot, brush with seasoned, melted butter.

Let biscuits cool a few minutes before eating.

They freeze and reheat well.

Makes approximately 12 biscuits.

The only thing I changed from the original is that she used a seasoning blend, and I use just garlic powder and parsley/chives.

Per biscuit, if 12 biscuits, approximately--
