Follow-up: So, apparently, the lingering taste of each bite

turned out not to be so delicious. haha I get it. Liver has a pretty strong personality. I was happy to know that her kids did eat some, though. Maybe if she tries it again and soaks it overnight in buttermilk, it will tame it down a bit. Well, whatever...at least she tried it, which really surprised me!

Maybe she heard it was healthy eating. Mom made liver pretty often(more than I liked)
I soak mine in milk or buttermilk an hour or so. Before I cook the liver,
