last week for his supper loosely based on the recipe at the link below. I didn't have the spider, though, and only had sliced ripe olives on hand, so I couldn't make a spider.
I did layers of:
refried "beans" made of eggplant (these are really good, believe it or not!)
taco-seasoned ground beef cooked with chopped onion
Frito-Lay cheese dip in a can
decorated with chopped cherub tomatoes, ripe olives and shredded lettuce
It looked pretty, and he said it was really good. Dipped with pork rinds because he's low carb.
