As far as vegetables, I usually only use vegetables when I'm making vegetable stock (no meat). So, in your situation, I would use the picked meat off the bones, add more of the flavorful meat and use a fresh batch of vegetables.
All the ingredients you used for the stock will have very little flavor left in them, but you'll have some really tasty stock! And all those minerals in the vegetables will be in the stock, too. That just might help get Frank well quicker!
