Kitchen Roundtable

Thank you. I threw out the carcass, bones, and cooked veggies and saved the meat to make

another pot of stock. I did taste a couple pieces of the meat and they were not totally flavorless, so I am throwing them in with a couple of extra drumsticks I bought to start another pot. This time instead of Wild Rice Turkey Soup, I will make it with noodles. He is feeling somewhat better, but doesn't really have an appetite. Not even for home made cookies.
