Question about Boiled or Stewed Chicken

When I boil chicken, I always end up with a lot of the "juice" from the raw chicken that has cooked into blobs and stringers and gets all over the chicken. What can I do to make the chicken more appealing looking and keep that curdled stuff off of it? I can rub it away after it cools down, but my MIL doesn't appreciate me running my hands all over the chicken. lol
