I know turmeric and ginger are effective, but I'd never heard of using pomegranate peel.
Also, coincidentally, lacto-fermented foods (unpasteurized sauerkraut, etc.) help your immunity, but this isn't mentioned in the video. Needless to say, I'm pretty stocked up on fermentations right now. lol
