I rarely have trouble peeling eggs using the cooking method we talked about. I only do 4 or 5 for the week anyway.
I put a bit of vinegar in the water just to keep broken ones from "leaking" but the main thing I do is drain the hot water after they sit for 15 minutes and I shake them like crazy while they're in the pot before I run cold water over them. sometimes I get the whole shell off in one go!!
