Kitchen Roundtable

That's good to know, Cathy. I read the directions for my Instant Pot and say, not today. *LINK*

My IP is a 6 quart one and doesn't have a place in the kitchen, so I have to go get it and set it up, and although clean up afterwards is pretty easy, it is tedious (my opinion). I have decided I need to try it some day when I am going to be making a roast and just make the eggs first.

I will save your instructions and maybe try it in my old fashioned pressure cooker someday.

Do you have any favorite recipes using your pressure cooker?
