Thanks, Di, I did do that when you posted it previously, but I haven't

tried it on the eggs I'm using now. I think I'll try steaming just one the next time I cook eggs and see if it makes a difference. So far, peeling them has been a struggle until I tried the pressure cooker yesterday. :thanks for the reminder.
