I made another batch because..

I actually mashed/rolled a stick of butter between waxed paper - lifted off one sheet and tried to press the butter into the dough - too soft for the paper to release - so I put a cold baking sheet on top just to harden the butter enough to release from the waxed paper - that worked much better than trying to grate the butter onto the dough precisely/accurately! :thup
